fa تاثیر نحله‌های فلسفی و اجتماعی در برنامه‌ریزی اجتماعی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه: </strong>برنامه‌ریزی اجتماعی به‌معنای یک فعالیت نظری و کاربردی انسان آگاه قرن بیستم، به‌طور بنیادی بر خرد، عقلانیت و بهره‌گیری سنجیده از علوم وفنون جدید، خاصه علوم اجتماعی و ریاضیات کاربردی استوار است. پیش‌فرض برنامه‌ریزی اجتماعی این باور است که انسان دانش و ابزار لازم برای مداخله در فرایندهای زندگی اجتماعی را دارد و در عرصه‌ی اقدام، می‌تواند آن‌ها را در جهت هدف‌ها و نیازهای خود ساماندهی کند.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> این مطالعه به‌روش مرور سیستماتیک انجام گرفت. بدین منظور مقالات، کتاب‌ها و اسناد مرتبط با برنامه‌ریزی اجتماعی، مددکاری جامعه‌ای و توسعه اقتصادی اجتماعی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در نهایت از مجموعه هفده کتاب، مقاله، سند و دست‌نوشته‌های نگارنده، چهار مرجع انتخاب گردید.<br> <strong>نتایج:</strong> ماهیت مسائل و مشکلات اجتماعی و رویکرد ابعاد اجتماعی توسعه، جنبش‌های اجتماعی، محیط زیست، توسعه پایدار و رویکرد رفاه و تامین اجتماعی(در جهان‌بینی‌های سیاسی لیبرال دموکراتیک و سوسیال دموکراسی و سوسیالیسم دموکراتیک) در تحول مفهومی و سازوکاری و روش‌شناسی برنامه‌ریزی اجتماعی تاثیر بسیار داشته‌اند. علاوه بر این در سطح خرد، نظریه‌های جدید مددکاری اجتماعی و مدیریت اجتماعی در برنامه‌ریزی اجتماعی، سخت موثر بوده‌است.<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>برنامه‌ریزی با مشارکت مددکاران اجتماعی و ذی‌نفعان برنامه صورت می‌گیرد. شالوده اصلی برنامه‌ریزی، بررسی‌های عمقی مددکاران اجتماعی است، این فرایند پژوهشی-برنامه‌ریزی شامل موارد زیر است:<br> 1- بررسی پیرامون مشکل اجتماعی.<br> 2- تعیین هدف‌های برنامه.<br> 3- تدوین طرح اجتماعی و ارزیابی.<br> بهره‌گیری هر چه بیشتر از این روش مددکاری اجتماعی برای بررسی و اقدام&nbsp; در مورد کنترل،کاهش و پیشگیری از مشکلات اجتماعی وبهزیستن پیشنهاد می‌شود. <strong>Introduction:</strong> Social planning as a theoretical and practical activity of aware human of the twentieth century, is mainly based on wisdom, rational thinking and taking advantage of new sciences like social sciences and applied mathematics. Presumption of social planning is believing that human acquired the necessary tools and knowledge to intervene in the process of social life, and in practice, he can organize them to his needs and goals.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This study was a systematic review. Therefore, books and documents related to social planning, community social work, and economic development were studied. And finally from this collection of seventeen books, articles and documents; four documents and books were selected.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The nature of social problems and the dimensions of social development approach, social, environment and sustainable development movements and social security and welfare approach (in political worldviews of liberal democratic, social democracy and democratic socialism); had a great impact on the evolution of the concept, methodology and mechanism of social planning. In addition, at the micro-level, social planning has been affected by social work and social management&#39;s new theories.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> Social planning is done with the participation of social workers and it&#39;s beneficiary.
