fa بررسی تطبیقی میزان فرسودگی شغلی مددکاران اجتماعی روانپزشکی با دیگر حوزه‌های عمل مددکاری اجتماعی در شهر تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه: </strong>مددکاری اجتماعی روانپزشکی یکی از مهمترین حوزه‌هایی است که مددکاران اجتماعی به‌عنوان عضوی از تیم درمان، خدمات تخصصی را برای فراهم کردن محیط زیست حمایتی از افراد دارای اختلال روان و خانواده‌های آنان به منظور رفع نیازها و برگشت مجدد آن‌ها به جامعه ارائه می‌نمایند. از آن‌جا که یکی از عوامل تاثیرگذار در کیفیت خدمات اجتماعی به گروه‌های هدف، فرسودگی شغلیست، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تطبیقی میزان فرسودگی شغلی &nbsp;مددکاری اجتماعی روانپزشکی و دیگر حوزه‌های عمل مددکاری اجتماعی انجام گردیده است.&nbsp;<br> <strong>روش:</strong>&nbsp;جامعه آماری این مطالعه &nbsp;توصیفی-مقایسه‌ای کلیه مددکاران اجتماعی شاغل در چهار حوزه آسیب اجتماعی، قضایی، بهداشت و درمان اعم از بیمارستان‌های عمومی و اعصاب و روان در شهر تهران بود. &nbsp;سی صد و نوزده نفر از مددکاران اجتماعی پرسشنامه استاندارد فرسودگی شغلی گلدارد1987 را تکمیل کردند. به‌منظور تحلیل یافته‌ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی یه کمک نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شده است.<br> <strong>نتایج:</strong>&nbsp;میانگین فرسودگی شغلی &nbsp;مددکاران اجتماعی روانپزشکی، ( صد و یک و نود صدم ) از میانگین &nbsp;سه حوزه دیگر، آسیب اجتماعی، قضایی و بهداشت و درمان عمومی &nbsp;(هشتاد دو سه و سی و چهار صدم، هشتاد و پنج و نود و سه صدم، هشتاد و هشت و بیست و سه صدم) بالاتر بود. آزمون آماری نشان داد این تفاوت &nbsp;معنادار است. از سوی دیگر، از میان سه بعد فرسودگی شغلی در بین مددکاران اجتماعی روانپزشکی، جو حاکم بر محیط کار بالاترین نمره را به خود اختصاص داد و بعد از آن به‌ترتیب، خستگی روانی، &nbsp;حجم و فشار کاری قرار گرفتند.&nbsp;<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه و میزان بالای فرسودگی شغلی در حوزه مددکاری اجتماعی روانپزشکی و تاثیرات آن در زندگی شخصی، شغلی و خصوصا ارائه خدمات مددکار اجتماعی به گروه‌های هدف، لزوم توجه و مراقبت ویژه توسط سازمان‌های مربوطه و همچنین، تصویب سیاست‌های حمایتی در این رابطه از اهم موضوعاتی است که بایستی مدنظر &nbsp;حوزه بهداشت و درمان قرار گیرد.&nbsp; <strong>Introduction: </strong>Psychiatric social work is one of the most important areas in which social workers as a member of the treatment team provide specialized services in providing a supportive environment for people with mental disorders and their families to meet their needs and return to society. Because one of the factors influencing the quality of social services provided to social work target groups is burnout, this study compares the rate of burnout between psychiatric social work and other areas of social work.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The statistical population was all social workers working in four areas of social harm, justice, health, and treatment, including general and psychiatric hospitals in Tehran, whose number was eight hundred and the sample was three hundred nineteen people. The research method was descriptive-comparative and the data collection tool was Geldard&#39;s standard burnout questionnaire. To analyze the findings, descriptive and inferential statistics (F-variance) were used through SPSS software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The rate of burnout among psychiatric social workers with an average score of one hundred one and nine-tenths was higher than the three areas of social harm, justice, and public health with averages of eighty-eight and thirty-four hundredths, eighty-five and ninety-three hundredths, and eighty-eight and twenty-three hundredths, respectively, and this difference was significant. On the other hand, among the three dimensions of burnout among psychiatric social workers, the atmosphere in the workplace had the highest score, followed by mental fatigue, and workload respectively.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> Considering the results of this study and the high rate of burnout in the field of psychiatric social work and its effects on personal and professional life and especially the provision of social services to target groups, the need for special attention and care by relevant organizations and the adoption of supportive policies is obvious.
