These problems not only affect addict women individual life but also affect society and family. The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between social support and mental health in addicted women. Methods: The study population included all drug-addicted women referred to three camps (Marham, Behbood gostaran hammam and charity Kosar) Under the auspices of Social Welfare and Drug Headquarters in Tehran in April of 1395. The sample size of 150 people was available for sampling. General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) and solid support (Fleming) was completed by a sample population. Pearson correlation and multiple regression were performed and data analysis was done using spss software. Results: Results showed that social support had a significant and direct relationship with mental health Based on the results of the regression coefficient the most important role on mental health is the responsibility of the components of social support from friends. Public health scores declined with increased social support, the general health status improves. Conclusions: According to the results, it can be concluded that Social support for addicted women can have a significant impact on mental health and social functioning. Therefore, it is essential to have strategic planning and social networks should be considered for addicted women.
