This research was conducted to study the relation of creativity and resiliency of child laborers in Tehran. Methods: this research was done with retrospective method. All the child laborers who had the qualifications for research and visited child laborers social service institutes, Royesh Nhaal Javan Farahzad, Khane Elm Farahzad, Khane Baraye Ayande, Khane Koodakan Shoosh and Naser Khosro were enrolled in the study. The Conner-Davidson Resiliency Survey and adapted Abedi’s Creativity scale were applied to collecting data. Data were analyzed by employing descriptive parameters and Pearson test. Results: 101 child laborers (26 girls (25.7%) and 75 boys (74.3%)) were enrolled in the research. Mostly were Afghans and lived in large families of 5 to 10 (57.4%). they worked as workshop (42.6%) street labor (37.6%) and in domestic (19.8%) laborers. No meaningful coloration between creativity and resiliency was in only except one subscale. Child laborers who scored higher in subscale expansion reported more resiliency (r=0.007, p=0.269). Conclusions: It seems that training creativity in expansion subscale for child laborers could results their higher resiliency. M3 ER -
