fa راﺑﻄﻪ اﻧﺴﺠﺎم و اﻧﻌﻄﺎف ﭘﺬیری ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﺑﺎ ﺧﻮدﻣﺘﻤﺎیﺰﺳﺎزی در داﻧﺶ‌آﻣﻮزان دوره متوسطه ﭘﺴﺮ شهر تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>هویت‌یابی نوجوان رویدادی خودکار و ارادی نیست اما می‌تواند از عوامل مختلف درون فردی، بین‌فردی و اجتماعی بسیاری از جمله جو خانواده و روابط پویای آن و مفهوم خودمتمایزسازی تاثیر پذیرد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین فرایند خودمتمایزسازی نوجوانان توسط انسجام و انعطاف‌پذیری در خانواده انجام شده است.<br> <strong>روش: </strong>در این پژوهش از روش همبستگی استفاده شده است. جامعه‌ی‌آماری این پژوهش را کلیه دانش‌آموزان پسر سال نهم تا دوازدهم مقطع متوسطه دبیرستان‌های شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 95-94 تشکیل داده‌اند. که از میان آن‌ها 231 دانش‌آموز به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند، در این پژوهش از مقیاس‌های انسجام و انعطاف‌پذیری خانواده سامانی و خودمتمایزسازی شاکری استفاده گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده با استفاده ازآمار توصیفی و استنباطی (رگرسیون) و نرم افزار SPSS16 انجام گردید.<br> <strong>نتایج: </strong>یافته‌ها نشان داد، بین انسجام و انعطاف‌پذیری خانواده وخودمتمایزسازی و رابطه معنی‌دار وجود دارد. به‌طوریکه افزایش انسجام و انعطاف‌پذیری منجر به افزایش خودمتمایزسازی می‌شود. بنابراین انسجام و انعطاف‌پذیری می‌توانند خودمتمایزسازی را در نوجوانان تبیین و پیش‌بینی کنند.<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> این یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند، چنانچه والدین انسجام و انعطاف‌پذیری را به‌عنوان ابعاد رابطه خانوادگی خود رعایت کنند قادر خواهند بود فرزندانشان را به سطحی از خودمتمایزسازی مناسب برسانند تا آنان قادر گردند مشکلاتی راکه با آن مواجه می‌شوند کنترل وکاهش دهند.</p> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> Identification in teens is not an automatic and voluntary events but can be influenced by various intra and inter personal, and social factors such as family atmosphere and its dynamics relations and the concept of self-differentiation. This study was conducted to determine process of self-differentiation in teenagers by the cohesion and flexibility in the family.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This research is a correlational study and population consisted of all ninth to twelfth grades male students in high school in Tehran in 2015-2016 school calendar. Of these samples, 231 participant were selected by multistage cluster sampling, and then they responded to the scales of cohesion and family flexibility and self-differentiation. Data was analysed by descriptive and inferential statistical methods. (regression analysis)<br> <strong>Results:</strong> According to the findings, higher self-differentiation correlates with higher cohesion and flexibility. So cohesion and flexibility can determine and predict self-differentiation in male teens.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> These findings show that if parents can regulate cohesion and flexibility as dimensions of their family relationship they can help their children to reach a proper self-differentiation and decrease the risk of problems may they have in their life.
