fa بررسی رابطه حمایت اجتماعی با سلامت روان زنان معتاد تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <p dir="rtl"></p><p dir="rtl"></p><strong>مقدمه: </strong>با توجه به اینکه مصرف مواد مخدر در زنان، اغلب با آسیب‌های روانی و اجتماعی توام‌است، گرفتاری زنان در اعتیاد نه تنها فرد و اجتماع بلکه فرزندان خانواده را نیز تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه حمایت اجتماعی با سلامت روان زنان معتاد انجام گرفت.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> طرح این پژوهش توصیفی و به روش همبستگی اجرا شده است. جامعه‌آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان معتاد به مواد مخدر مراجعه کننده به سه کمپ مرهم، بهبود گستران همگام و موسسه خیریه کوثر تحت نظارت سازمان بهزیستی و ستاد مبارزه با مواد مخدر شهر تهران در فروردین سال 1395 بودند، حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس صدو پنجاه نفر به‌دست آمد. افراد نمونه پرسشنامه‌های سلامت عمومی (GHQ) و حمایت اجتماعی (فلمینگ) را تکمیل کردند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS به روش ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه انجام گرفت.<br> <strong>نتایج:</strong> یافته‌ها نشان داد که حمایت اجتماعی با سلامت روان رابطه معنی‌دار و مستقیم دارد و بر اساس نتایج ضریب رگرسیون بیشترین نقش و تبیین روی سلامت روان بر عهده مولفه حمایت اجتماعی از طرف دوستان می‌باشد. با افزایش میزان حمایت اجتماعی نمره سلامت عمومی کاهش یافته یعنی وضعیت سلامت عمومی بهبود می‌یابد.<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>با توجه به نتایج حاصل می‌توان عنوان کرد افزایش حمایت اجتماعی زنان معتاد می‌تواند تأثیر مهمی بر سلامت روان و عملکرد اجتماعی آنان داشته باشد لذا ضروری است که در برنامه‌ریزی‌های کلان نیازها و شبکه اجتماعی زنان معتاد مورد توجه قرار گیرند. <strong>Introduction:</strong> Drug abuse most of the times leads to psychological and social problems in addicted women. These problems not only affect addict women individual life but also affect society and family. The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between social support and mental health in addicted women.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The study population included all drug-addicted women referred to three camps (Marham, Behbood gostaran hammam and charity Kosar) Under the auspices of Social Welfare and Drug Headquarters in Tehran in&nbsp; April of&nbsp; 1395.&nbsp; The sample size of 150 people was available for sampling.<br> General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) and solid support (Fleming) was completed by a sample population. Pearson correlation and multiple regression were performed and data analysis was done using spss software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Results showed that social support had a significant and direct relationship with mental health Based on the results of the regression coefficient the most important role on mental health is the responsibility of the components of social support from friends. Public health scores declined with increased social support, the general health status improves.<br> <strong>Conclusions: </strong>According to the results, it can be concluded that Social support for addicted women can have a significant impact on mental health and social functioning.
