fa اثربخشی روان‌درمانی وجودی به شیوه گروهی بر افزایش امیدواری مادران دارای کودک سرطانی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p><strong>مقدمه:</strong> سرطان به‌عنوان یک بیماری ناراحت‌کننده از همان ابتدای تشخیص، بر روی ابعاد جسمی، اجتماعی، روانی و معنوی افراد مبتلا به سرطان و اعضای خانواده، به‌ویژه مادران، اثرات بارزی دارد. لذا هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر اثربخشی گروه‌درمانی وجودی بر افزایش امیدواری مادران کودکان سرطانی می‌باشد.<br> <strong>روش:</strong>&nbsp;این پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با استفاده از طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل اجرا گردبد. جامعه‌ی‌آماری را کلیه مادران کودکان مبتلا به سرطان زیر سیزده سال تحت پوشش انجمن حمایت از کودکان مبتلا به سرطان استان مرکزی تشکیل داده اند. در این پژوهش از روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس استفاده گردید و بیست و چهار نفر از مادران به‌صورت تصادفی در ذو گروه، گواه دوازده نفر و گروه آزمایش دوازده نقر قرارگرفتند. گروه آزمایش هشت جلسه نود دقیقه‌ای، هفته دو جلسه تحت آموزش روان درمانی وجودی قرار گرفت اما گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد.در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌ امیدواری میلر (1988)استغاده گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل کواریانس استفاده شد.<br> <strong>نتایج: </strong>یافته‌ها نشان ‌داد، تفاوت بین میانگین‌های دو گروه در امیدواری میلر معنادار است. (0/001&ge;P)<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> بر اساس نتایج &nbsp;پژوهش می‌توان چنین استنباط کرد که درمان وجودی می‌تواند در افزایش امیدواری مادران دارای کودکان سرطانی موثر واقع شود.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> Cancer as a painful disease, from the beginning of diagnoses affects on physical, social, psychological and spiritual dimensions of the person and his/her family members specially the mothers. So the aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the existential group therapy on hopefulness in mothers of children with cancer.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This was a quasi-experimental study with pre-test and posttest scheme and a control group. The statistical population consists of mothers of children with cancer under thirteen which were supported by a community in Markazi province. Thirty parents of children with cancer were divided randomly into experimental and control groups. Both groups were assessed with Miller Hope Scale 1988, as pre-test. The experimental group received cognitive-existential group therapy in eight sessions, each lasting nintey minutes, (two sessions per week) but no psychological intervention was applied to the control group. At the end of the intervention, both groups were reassessed through post-test. Miller Hopeness questionnaire were used as tools for this study. Data were analyzed by SPSS through analysis of covariance.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Results showed, there is a significant differences in hopefulness of mothers between the two groups.
