fa اثربخشی روان‌درمانی مبتنی بر کیفیت زندگی بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی مادران کودکان اوتیسم تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> تولد کودک اوتیسم ضربه‌های مخربی را بر سازگاری و بهزیستی روانی خانواده‌ها وارد می سازد. به نحوی که خانواده‌های کودکان اوتیسم مشکلات سازشی بیشتری نسبت به والدین کودکان عادی دارند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر روان‌درمانی مبتنی برکیفیت زندگی بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی مادران کودکان مبتلا به اوتیسم بوده است.&nbsp;<br> <strong>روش:</strong> این مطالعه نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل اجرا گردید. جامعه‌‌آماری شامل کلیه مادران دارای کودک اوتیسم مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز اوتیسم شهرستان کاشان در پاییز سال 1395 بود، که با در نظر گرفتن ملاک‌های ورود و خروج، بیست نفر واجد شرایط ورود به مطالعه به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش به مدت هشت جلسه (هفته‌ای یک جلسه‌ شصت دقیقه‌ای) تحت آموزش به شیوه روان‌درمانی مبتنی برکیفیت زندگی قرار گرفتند اماگروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکرد. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه بهزیستی روان‌شناختی ریف و مقیاس کیفیت زندگی درمانی استفاده گردید. داده‌ها با با بهره‌گیری از روش آماری تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>نتایج: </strong>نتایج تجزیه کواریانس نشان داد آموزش روان‌درمانی مبتنی بر کیفیت زندگی منجر به افزایش معنادار عملکرد بهزیستی روان‌شناختی (پذیرش خود، روابط مثبت با دیگران، خودمختاری، تسلط بر محیط، زندگی هدفمند و رشد فردی) گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل در مرحله پس‌آزمون شده است.(05/>P)<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:&nbsp;</strong>این کودکان، با تاخیر در ارتباط و الگوهای ارتباطی کلیشه‌ای محدود خود، فشارهای روانی بسیاری را بر خانواده‌ها و به‌خصوص مادران وارد می‌کنند. بنابراین برنامه‌هایی جهت حمایت از خانواده‌ها و آموزش راهبردهای سلامت روانی ضروری می‌باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <strong>Introduction:</strong> The birth of an autistic child affects the family&#39;s adaptability and psychological well-being. As autistic children&#39;s families have more adaptive problems than normal parents. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of psychotherapy based on the quality of life on the psychological well-being of mothers of children with autism.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This is a semi-experimental study with a pretest and posttest design and a control group. The statistical population consisted of all autistic mother who referred to the autism center of Kashan in the fall of 2016. Using entry and exit criteria, twenty eligible people were selected by the available sampling method and divided into two groups, the experimental and control groups. The experimental group was trained by the quality of life-based psychotherapy for eight sessions, each sixty-minute once a week. Reef&#39;s(1995) psychological well-being questionnaire used as instruments. Data were analyzed using multivariate covariance analysis.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The results of covariance analysis showed that education based on the quality of life treatment led to a significant increase in the performance of psychological well-being (self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, autonomy, environmental domination, purposeful life, and individual growth) of experimental group posttest score compared to control group.(P<0.05)&nbsp;<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> These children with their limited, delayed and problematic communication patterns, inflict a lot of psychological pressure on families, especially mothers.
