fa رابطه بین انعطاف‌پذیری و تحمل پریشانی با میانجیگری جهت‌گیری منفی به مشکل نوجوانان بی‌سرپرست و بدسرپرست تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه: </strong>جهت‌گیری منفی به مشکل باعث ناکارآمد شدن تلاش‌های فرد در مواجهه با شرایط تنش‌زا می&rlm; شود و به او اجازه نمی‌دهند در مسیر تحقق اهدافش تلاش کند. پژوهش حاضر با در نظر گرفتن اهمیت موضوع به بررسی رابطه بین انعطاف‌پذیری و تحمل پریشانی با میانجیگری جهت‌گیری منفی به مشکل نوجوانان بی‌سرپرست و بدسرپرست پرداخته است.<br> <strong>روش: </strong>مطالعه حاضر یک پژوهش همبستگی بود که با استفاده از تحلیل معادلات ساختاری صورت گرفت. جامعه پژوهش، شامل کلیه نوجوانان بی‌سرپرست و بدسرپرست شهر‌ کرمان بود که در مراکز بهزیستی نگهداری می‌شدند. با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای صد و سی و پنج نفر از این جامعه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از مقیاس انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی، تحمل پریشانی و جهت‌گیری منفی به مشکل استفاده شد. در نهایت داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از تحلیل همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.<br> <strong>نتایج: </strong>نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که متغیر انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی علاوه بر اینکه می‌تواند به‌طور مستقیم برتحمل پریشانی نوجوانان بی‌سرپرست و بدسرپرست تأثیر بگذارد، می‌تواند با اثرگذاری بر جهت‌گیری منفی به مشکل، تحمل پریشانی نوجوان بی‌سرپرست و بدسرپرست را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد.(0/01>P) با این وجود، تأثیر غیرمستقیم از طریق جهت‌گیری منفی، بیشتر از تاثیر مستقیم بود. در نهایت، شاخص‌های برازش نشان داد که مدل ارائه شده در پژوهش حاضر با حذف یکی از خرده مقیاس‌های انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی، مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>با توجه به نقش مهم آشفتگی‌های شناختی و هیجانی در آسیب‌های روانی، می‌توان با آموزش راهبردهای مبتنی بر انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی، با تأکید بر جهت‌گیری مثبت نسبت به مشکل، قدرت سازگاری نوجوانان بی‌سرپرست و بدسرپرست را در برخورد با شرایط تنش‌زا به حداکثر رساند. <strong>Introduction:</strong> Negative orientation to the problem leads to the ineffectiveness of individual efforts in dealing with stressful situations and does not allow him to strive to achieve his goals.<br> The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between cognitive flexibility and distress tolerance by the mediating role of negative problem orientation in orphans and abandoned adolescent.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>This study was a correlational research that carried out using structural equation analysis. The population of the present study included all orphans and abandoned adolescent were covered by the welfare office in Kerman city. 135 adolescents were selected by random cluster sampling. Data gathered by cognitive flexibility scale (CFI), Distress tolerance scale (DTS) and negative problem orientation scale (NPOQ) and analyzed by Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The results show that cognitive flexibility directly affects the distress tolerance of orphans and abandoned adolescents also, cognitive flexibility by affecting on the negative problem orientation, indirectly affect distress tolerance (p<0/01). Nevertheless, the indirect effect of the negative direction was greater than the direct effect.
