fa رابطه بین مولفه‌های شخصیت و سرمایه روان‌شناختی با میانجیگری زبان بدن در دانشجویان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه: </strong>پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین مولفه‌های شخصیت و سرمایه روان‌شناختی با میانجیگری زبان بدن انجام شده است.<br> <strong>روش: </strong>در این پژوهش از روش توصیفی، از نوع همبستگی استفاده شده است. جامعه‌آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد کرمان به تعداد هجده هزار نفر بود، که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده تعداد سی صد و هشتاد نفر انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای اندازه‌گیری شامل پرسشنامه شصت سوالی ویژگی‌های شخصیتی مک کری و کاستا1990، پرسشنامه بیست و چهار سوالی سرمایه روان‌شناختی لوتانز2007 و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ده سوالی زبان بدن بودند. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها از نوع محتوایی و پایایی آن‌ها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شده است. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی نظیر آزمون تحلیل رگرسیون و آزمون تحلیل مسیر استفاده شده است.<br> <strong>نتایج: </strong>نتایج آزمون تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که زبان بدن توانسته است در رابطه‌ بین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی دانشجویان با سرمایه روان‌شناختی نقش واسطه‌ای ایفا نماید. در تحلیل مسیر روابط مستقیم در سطح یک هزارم و غیرمستقیم با پی ولیو پنج صدم معنادار بودند. میزان برازش براساس شاخص CFI نیز مقدار نود و شش صدم بود که نشان دهنده برازش خوب مدل است.<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> در کنار عوامل روان‌شناختی و همسو با ویژگی‌های شخصیتی در شکل‌گیری و تداوم روابط بین فردی، می‌توان به پیام‌های غیرکلامی اشاره کرد که فرد از طریق زبان بدن در ارتباطات خود به‌کار می‌گیرد و نقش مهمی در تعاملات اجتماعی او ایفا می‌کنند. بدیهی است بررسی چنین مفاهیمی می‌تواند به رشد یکپارچه افراد، پویایی و سازماندهی شخصیت آن‌ها کمک نماید. شخصیتی که زمینه‌ساز تعامل و سازگاری فرد با دیگران و محیط اجتماعی است. <strong>Introduction: </strong>The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between personality traits and psychological capital through the mediation of body language.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This was a descriptive/correlational method study. The statistical population consisted of all eight-teen thousands students of the Islamic Azad university of Kerman. Three hundred eighty people were selected by simple random sampling method. The sixty-item questionnaire of personality characteristics of McCary and Kasta1990, the twenty-four-item questionnaire of psychological capital of Luttens2007 and a ten-item researcher-made questionnaire about body language were applied as measurement tools.The validity of the questionnaires was content and their reliability was proved by Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient. Descriptive and inferential statistics such as path and regression analyses have been used to analyze data.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The results of the path analysis showed that body language could play a role in the relationship between student personality traits and psychological capital. Path analysis showed that direct relationships were significant at the level of 0.001 and indirect relationships were significant at the level of P <0.05. According to the CFI index the degree of fit was 0.96 which indicates a good fit for the model.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> Formation and continuation of interpersonal relationships In addition to psychological factors and in line with personality traits could be done by non-verbal messages through the body language in communication which plays an important role in social interactions. Obviously, the study of such concepts can help to integrate the individuals&#39; growth and dynamism and organize their personality.
