fa عوامل بروز خشونت در روابط حرفه‌ای مددکاران اجتماعی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>دراقدامات مددکاری اجتماعی عواملی سبب بروز خشونت در روابط مددکاران اجتماعی با مددجویان می‌شود، بنابراین بررسی درباره عوامل به‌وجود آورنده خشونت در روابط حرفه‌ای مددکاران اجتماعی امری ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد. بدین لحاظ این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی عوامل بروز خشونت در روابط حرفه‌ای مددکاران اجتماعی انجام شده است.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> مطالعه حاضر با رویکرد تحلیل محتوای کیفی متعارف از طریق هجده جلسه مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار یافته با هفده مددکار اجتماعی که به شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند، انجام گردید. نمونه‌گیری با اشباع داده‌ها و طبقات خاتمه یافت. جهت اعتبار یافته‌ها از ترکیب دیدگاه‌ها، همگرایی نظر محققان، حداکثر تنوع در نمونه‌گیری و درگیری طولانی مدت در زمینه استفاده شد.<br> <strong>نتایج:</strong> با توجه به تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، عوامل بروز خشونت که شامل پنج دسته با نام‌های محدودیت‌های اداری، محدودیت‌ها و تفاوت‌های فردی مددجو، تفاوت‌های فردی و نقاط ضعف مددکار اجتماعی، تفاوت‌های جمعیت‌شناختی و مشکلات و آسیب‌های اجتماعی از دیدگاه مددکاران اجتماعی بود، استخراج گردید.<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> نتایج این مطالعه نشان دادند که کشف عوامل بروز خشونت در روابط حرفه‌ای به مددکاران اجتماعی کمک می‌کند تا بتوانند قبل از بروز خشونت برای پیشگیری از آن تمهیداتی بیندیشند و از منظر کلان، سازمانی و اجتماعی در راستای کاهش خشونت و توسعه و بهبود کیفی خدمات و مداخلات مددکاران اجتماعی قدم بردارند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Social work is a complicated profession with wide utilization. Some factors in social workers&#39; professional relationships cause violence which creates worries for social workers. The current study aimed to identify these restrictions that create violence in the social worker&#39;s professional relationships.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This study carried out via conventional qualitative content analysis through eighteen semi-structured sessions of interviews with seventeen social workers selected by purposive sampling. The sampling was completed after saturation of data and classes.
