fa تاثیر مداخله گروهی مددکاری اجتماعی بر پیروی درمانی بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات شدید روانپزشکی، گزارش یک کار گروهی تخصصي Special گزارش مورد case report <strong>مقدمه:</strong> پیروی دارویی نقش ضروری در به‌دست آوردن پیامدهای مطلوب در درمان اختلالات بازگشت کننده روانپزشکی از قبیل اسکیزوفرنیا، اختلال دوقطبی و افسردگی اساسی دارد و از بستری مجدد افراد دارای این بیماری‌ها جلوگیری می‌کند. پیروی دارویی نکردن در بیش از پنجاه درصد افراد با اختلالات مزمن روانپزشکی شایع می‌باشد. اگر بیمار مصرف داروی ضد روانپریشی را متوقف کند، خطر بازگشت بیماری سه تا پنج برابر افزایش خواهد یافت. هدف این مقاله گزارش یک کار گروهی مددکاری اجتماعی بر اساس مدل لیبرمن و مطابق با رویکرد آموزشی مشاوره‌ای جهت افزایش پیروی دارویی در یکی از بیمارستان‌های روانپزشکی شهر تهران می‌باشد.<br> <strong>گزارش مورد:</strong> به‌منظور تشکیل گروه در یک بیمارستان روانپزشکی، مددکاری اجتماعی طی شش مرحله فعالیت‌های نیازسنجی، تدوین طرح تشکیل گروه، انتخاب اعضا و مصاحبه فردی با اعضای گروه، اجرای پیش‌آزمون، تشکیل جلسات و اجرای پس‌آزمون را جهت ارزشیابی مداخله انجام داد. طی نیازسنجی انجام شده هشت مشکل شایع میان بیماران بخش شناسایی شد و موضوع پیروی دارویی نکردن بیماران به‌عنوان اولویت اول برای تشکیل گروه انتخاب شد. سه جلسه بر اساس برنامه بازگشت به اجتماع اجرا گردید. با توجه به‌ویژگی‌های بیماران بخش، رویکرد آموزشی مشاوره‌ای انتخاب شد. با استفاده از پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون طراحی شده برای برنامه بازگشت به اجتماع که به‌ترتیب در جلسات فردی و بعد از اتمام آخرین جلسه اجرا شد، مداخله گروهی ارزشیابی شد.<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>با توجه به نتایج به‌دست آمده از پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون می‌توان گفت که مداخله گروهی انجام شده بر یادگیری اهمیت مصرف دارو در بیماران موثر واقع شده است. <strong>Introduction: </strong>Medication adherence has an essential role in good clinical outcome in the treatment of chronic psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder and prevents psychiatric readmission. Medication non-adherence is prevalent among more than fifty percent of patients with chronic psychotic disorders. If a patient stops taking the medicine, the risk of relapse will increase three or five times. The purpose of this article is to report a group work intervention of social work based on Liberman model with the psycho-educational approach to increase the adherence treatment in a psychiatric hospital in Tehran..<br> <strong>Case Description:</strong> To organize a group in a psychiatric hospital, a social work student followed these stages: needs assessment, writing a proposal for organizing a group, conducting interviews with potential members, doing a pretest, conducting group work sessions and doing a posttest to evaluate the intervention.<br> During the needs assessment, the most eight common problems among patients in the ward were identified and patients&rsquo; non-inherence to treatment was selected as the first priority for the group work. Three sessions were conducted based on the community re-entry program. Due to the characteristics of patients in the ward, the psycho-educational approach was applied.
