fa مقایسه تاثیر رویکرد خانواده‌درمانی بوئن و مدل مک‌مستر بر باورهای ارتباطی زوجین خواستار طلاق تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> یکی از عوامل موثر بر نارضایتی زناشویی در زوجین درخواست کننده طلاق، باورهای ارتباطی ناکارآمد است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه تاثیر رویکرد خانواده درمانی بوئن و مدل مک مستر بر باورهای ارتباطی در زوجین درخواست‌کننده طلاق صورت گرفت.<br> <strong>روش: </strong>روش پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی و با استفاده از طرح پیش‌آزمون پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل اجرا گردید. جامعه‌آماری دربرگیرنده کلیه زوجین درخواست‌کننده طلاق ارجاع داده شده از سوی دادگاه خانواده به مراکز مشاوره شهر رشت بود. از این جامعه آماری چهل و هشت نفر از زوجین با داشتن ملاک‌های ورود به پژوهش، به شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به روش تصادفی در سه گروه شانزده نفره قرار گرفتند. به علت مواجهه پژوهش با افت نمونه، تعداد اعضاءهرگروه به ده نفر تقلیل یافت. دو رویکرد خانواده درمانی بوئن و مک مستر در گروه‌های آزمایش به مدت هشت جلسه صد و بیست دقیقه‌ای اجرا شد. گروه کنترل مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. پس از پایان جلسات، از هر سه گروه پس‌آزمون گرفته شد. در این پژوهش،سیاهه باورهای ارتباطی ایدلسون و اپشتاین مورد استفاده قرارگرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس و آزمون تعقیبی LSD با به‌کارگیری نرم افزار SPSS22 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.<br> <strong>نتایج: </strong>برآیندهای تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون تعقیبی LSD نشان داد که خانواده درمانی بوئن و مدل مک مستر بر باورهای ارتباطی زوجین تاثیر معنی‌داری داشته است. رویکرد بوئن اثربخش تر از مدل مک مستر بود.(037/0=P)<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>نتایج پژوهش نشان داد خانواده درمانی بوئن بر باورهای ارتباطی زوجین درخواست‌کننده طلاق موثرتر از مدل مک مستر بود. بنابراین می‌توان از این رویکرد برای کاهش باورهای ارتباطی ناکارآمد زوجین متقاضی طلاق استفاده نمود. <strong>Introduction:</strong> Dysfunctional relationship beliefs are one of the factors affecting marital dissatisfaction in couples applying for the divorce. The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of McMaster and Bowen family therapy approaches on the relationship beliefs of couples applying for the divorce.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This study was a quasi-experimental method including a pretest-posttest with a control group. The statistical population consisted of all couples applying for the divorce and referred by the family court to counseling centers of Rasht city in 2017. Through the available sampling method, forty-eight couples who meet research entering criteria were selected as study and randomly assigned to three groups of sixteen people; in the end, the number reduced to ten people in each group due to Exit criteria. Two methods of McMaster and Bowen family therapy approaches were performed for Eight sessions of one hundred twenty minutes each for two experimental groups; while the control group did not receive any intervention. After completing the sessions, the post-test was applied to all groups. The instrument of this study was the Edelson & Epstein&rsquo;s Relationship Beliefs Inventory. Data were analyzed using analysis of covariance and LSD post hoc test by SPSS22.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results of the analysis of covariance and LSD post hoc test showed that Bowen Family Therapy and McMaster&rsquo;s model had a significant effect on couples&rsquo; relationship beliefs while Bowen&rsquo;s approach was more effective. (P = 0.037)<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> The results showed that Bowen family therapy was more effective than McMaster&rsquo;s model on relationship beliefs in couples applying for the divorce.
