fa مطالعه پدیدارشناسانه: روایت زوج‌های شاغل از بُعد فرزندان در عملکرد خانواده تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> عملکرد خانواده به‌وسیله اشتغال همزمان زوجین دستخوش تغییراتی شده مشکلات خاصی را برای آنان ایجاد می‌کند. از جمله ابعادی که عملکرد خانواده زوجین شاغل را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد، بعد فرزندان است. هدف پژوهش، استخراج تجارب زیسته زوج‌های شاغل از بعد فرزندان در عملکرد خانواده بود.&nbsp;<br> <strong>روش:</strong> این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی تفسیری در شهر نورآباد لرستان انجام شد. طی این مطالعه، با بهره‌گیری از نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی، دوازده زوج شاغل دارای رضایت زناشویی و دوازده زوج شاغل دارای تعارضات زناشویی را با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و طی بازه زمانی چهار ماهه از آبان ماه تا بهمن ماه 1397 مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. مصاحبه‌ها با استفاده از روش دیکلمن، آلن و تانر که دارای ماهیت تیمی و در پدیدارشناسی تفسیری مرسوم است، تحلیل شدند.&nbsp;<br> <strong>نتایج:</strong> تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها منجر به شناسایی دو درون مایه اصلی شد که‌ شامل عملکرد سالم با درون مایه‌های فرعی: کارکردهای مثبت برای فرزندان، فرزند پروری تعاملی و فرزند پروری ماهرانه و عملکرد ناسالم با درون مایه‌های فرعی: کارکردهای منفی برای فرزندان، فرزند پروری تقابلی، فرزند پروری مخاطره‌آمیز و فرزندآوری به مثابه تهدید می‌باشد.&nbsp;<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> یافته‌های حاصل از این پژوهش با شناسایی عوامل مثبت و منفی موثر بر بعد فرزندان در عملکرد خانواده زوج‌های شاغل می‌تواند زمینه را برای تدوین برنامه‌ها و بسته‌های آموزشی جهت کاهش عوارض آسیب‌های فرزند پروری این نوع سبک زندگی مهیا سازد. پیشنهاد می‌شود یافته‌های این پژوهش کیفی توسط مددکاران اجتماعی، مشاوران و روانپزشکانی که با زوج‌های شاغل سر و کار دارند، جهت پیشگیری و آموزش مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.&nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong> Family function has been changed by the couple&#39;s simultaneous employment and presents particular problems ahead of them. The children dimension is one of the dimensions that strongly influences the family function. The purpose of this study was to extract the lived experience of the dual-career couple from the influence of the children dimension on family functioning.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This research approach was qualitative interpretative phenomenological analysis and done in Nourabad, Lorestan. In this study, two groups of twelve dual-career couples with and without marital conflicts were selected by snowball sampling through purposeful sampling and interviewed for a period of four months (November to February 2018-2019). Interviews were analyzed using the Diekelmann, Allen, Tanner method, which is team-based and is common in interpretive phenomenology.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The analysis of the data resulted in the identification of two main themes including healthy functioning (with sub-themes: positive functions for children, interactive parenting, and professional parenting) and unhealthy functioning (with sub-themes: negative functions for children, confrontational parenting, perilous parenting, and childbearing as a threat).&nbsp;<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> The findings of this qualitative study, identifying the positive and negative factors affecting the dimension of children in family functioning of working couples, can provide the basis for developing educational programs and packages to reduce the effects of parenting injuries on this lifestyle.
