fa نقش مددکاری اجتماعی در بلایای طبیعی با تأکید بر زلزله تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: کشور ما با سوانح و بلایای طبیعی و غیرطبیعی بسیاری روبروست و هر از چند سالی زلزله ی مهیبی جان عده ای را می گیرد و خرابی های زیادی به بار می آورد. سازمان ها و گروه های مختلفی در جهت پیشگیری از این سوانح و بلایا، و یا در صورتی که اتفاق افتاد، در کاهش خسارت و تلفات و ساماندهی مردم آسیب دیده و بازسازی مناطق سانحه دیده درگیر هستند. نقش مددکاران اجتماعی در این حوادث چیست؟ آنان تا به حال چه قدر نقش داشته اند و به صورت مطلوب چه اقداماتی می توانند انجام دهند؟ هدف این مقاله ی مروری بررسی و معرفی کردن نقش های مددکاران اجتماعی در بلایای طبیعی، به ویژه زلزله است. منابع اطلاعات: استفاده از منابع داخلی و خارجی در باره ی بحران و سوانح طبیعی و اقدامات مددکاران اجتماعی در آنها (شامل 12منبع فارسی و 10 منبع انگلیسی). روش: با استفاده از روش های مروری منظم و به شیوه ی اسنادی و کتابخانه ا ی، منابع، مقالات ، کتابها و اسنادهای مرتبط با موضوع بررسی شدند. نتایج: رویکرد مددکاران اجتماعی به سوانح و بلایای طبیعی که بخش بزرگی از جمعیت را در بر می گیرد، مدیریت سانحه، بحران مبتنی بر جامعه، خودامدادی محله ای، و مددکاری اجتماعی جامعه ای در هماهنگی با سایر سازمان ها وسیستم هاست. مددکاران اجتماعی می توانند در بلایای طبیعی نقش های متعددی هم در سطح کلان (جامعه ی کلی و جامعه ی آسیب دیده) و هم در سطح خرد و میانی (فرد و گروه های درگیر و آسیب دیده) ایفاء نمایند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: بررسی و تحلیل این نقش ها و آگاهی از فعالیت ها و اقدامات آنها توسط مددکاران اجتماعی و سازمان های مدیریت بحران، نجات و امداد و همچنین جامعه می تواند منجر به استفاده ی بیشتراز توانایی های مددکاران اجتماعی در این حوزه گردد. Introduction: Our country is faced to many natural and unnatural disasters and accidents, and whenever across several years a horrible earthquake is caused to die many people and is caused numerous destructions. Many different organizations and people groups are involved in preventing these disasters and accidents, and if happened, they try decreasing it damages and causalities and rebuilding the damaged zones. What is especially the role of social workers and generally the social work profession in these events? How much have they had already a role, and ideally what roles can they play? Purpose of this article is examining and introducing the roles of social workers in natural disasters, especially in earthquake. Data resources: In this study, have been used internal and external resources about natural crises and disasters and the roles of social workers in them (including 12 Persian resources and 10 English resources). Methodology: In this study, resources, articles, books and documents related with the subject were reviewed based on library and documentary method. Results: The approach of social work to natural accidents and disasters that embrace a large part of population, is the crisis management, the community based crisis/disasters management, neighborhood self –relief , and community social work coordinated with other systems and organizations. Although, case work and group social work is used within community social work, social workers can play many roles both in macro level (general society and the damaged community), and in micro and meso level (about involved and damaged individuals and groups).
