fa طراحی راهنمای مداخلات ارتقای سلامت اجتماعی با رویکرد سرمایه اجتماعی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه: </strong>سرمایه اجتماعی می‌تواند بر سلامت اجتماعی تاثیر داشته باشد و ضرورت دارد تعامل میان آن‌ها در ارتقای سلامت در نظر گرفته شود. راهنماها برای به‌کار گرفتن نظریه سرمایه اجتماعی در برنامه‌های ارتقای سلامت اجتماعی به فعالان این حوزه کمک خواهد کرد که به‌صورت گام‌به‌گام مداخله را انجام دهند و اطمینان حاصل کنند که همه مولفه‌های نظریه سرمایه اجتماعی در برنامه‌های ارتقای سلامت مورد توجه قرار خواهد گرفت. در این مقاله نتایج یک مطالعه در رابطه با طراحی راهنمای مداخله برای اجتماع‌های محلی به‌منظور ارتقای سلامت اجتماعی بر پایه نظریه سرمایه اجتماعی عزرضه گردیده است.&nbsp;<br> <strong>روش: </strong>به‌منظور طراحی راهنما در گام نخست مرور سیستماتیک براساس مبانی نظری و مفهومی در خصوص مداخلات اجتماعی در حوزه سلامت اجتماعی و سرمایه اجتماعی حدفاصل سال‌های 2000 الی 2018 انجام شد. سپس براساس مرور مطالعات انجام شده پیش‌نویس اولیه راهنما تهیه و آماده عرضه در نشست‌های گروهی متمرکز شد. پس از دریافت نظرات صاحبنظران و مدیران مطلع و کارشناسان و تسهیلگران منتخب وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی در سه نشست مستقل گروهی، راهنمای نهایی مداخله تدوین گردید.<br> <strong>نتایج:</strong> راهنمای مداخله تدوین شده شامل تعاریف مفاهیم اصلی، مشخصات اجراکنندگان مداخله، گروه هدف، نحوه برقراری هماهنگی‌های بین بخشی و توجیه مسوولان، چگونگی ارزیابی و انتخاب اجتماع، نحوه ورود به اجتماع، بسیج اجتماعی، چگونگی تشکیل گروه‌های محلی و کمیته راهبری و توجیه اعضای کمیته، برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای پروژه‌های محلی، نحوه حمایت‌یابی و خروج از اجتماع، پیگیری روند و ادامه فعالیت‌ها و ارائه مشورت‌های لازم و در نهایت شیوه‌ مستندسازی مشارکتی و گزارش‌نویسی می‌باشد.<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>راهنمای ارتقای سلامت اجتماعی برای اجرا در اجتماع‌های محلی مناسب است و مشارکت اعضای اجتماع محلی به‌خصوص گروه‌های در معرض خطر در ارتقای سلامت اجتماعی ضروری خواهد بود. تسهیلگران باید قادر باشند از رویکرد اجتماع محور برای استفاده از راهنما بهره بگیرند. راهنمای ارتقای سلامت اجتماعی بر اساس نظریه سرمایه اجتماعی ظرفیت‌سازی و استفاده از منابع اجتماع محلی را به‌طور جدی توصیه می‌کند. پیشنهاد می‌شود کارآزمایی‌های اجتماعی برای بررسی اثربخشی این راهنما انجام شوند. <strong>Introduction: </strong>Social capital can influence social health so it is essential to consider their interaction for health promotion. Guidelines for applying social capital theory in social health promotion programs will help practitioners to intervene step by step and make sure that all components of social capital theory will consider in health promotion programs. This article presents the results of a study related to the development of intervention guidelines in local communities for social health promotion based on the social capital theory.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> To develop a guideline, first, a systematic review of social intervention studies in the field of social health and social capital between 2000-2018 was conducted, then, based on the review of studies, the draft of the guideline was prepared, and presented to focus group meetings. After receiving the opinions of experts and informed managers and selected experts and facilitators of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education in three independent group meetings; the final guideline of the intervention was developed.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The developed intervention guideline includes: definitions of main concepts; specifications of intervention practitioners; target groups, establishing inter-sectoral coordination and justification of officials; evaluating and selecting a community, entering the community, social mobilization, forming local groups and steering committees, and justifying committee members, planning and implementing local projects, finding support and leave the community; following the process and continue the activities and provide the necessary consultations, and finally, the method of participatory documentation and reporting.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> Social health promotion guidelines will be beneficial for applying in communities. Participation of community members especially vulnerable ones will be essential to improve social health. Practitioners and facilitators should use a community-based approach to exploit the guidelines. Social health promotion guidelines based on social capital theory highly recommend capacity building and utilizing the community assets.
