fa اعتباریابی مقیاس چندسنجه‌ای شخصیت عامل در دانشجویان ایرانی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> عاملیت به‌صورت داشتن احساس مسوولیت در زندگی فرد تعریف شده است، اعتقاد فرد به این‌که کنترل تصمیماتش در زندگی را در اختیار داشته و مسوول پیامدهای آن است و احساس خودکارآمدی در این‌که فرد قادر به غلبه بر موانعی است که مانع پیشرفت وی در طول زندگی می‌شوند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی مقیاس چندسنجه‌ای شخصیت عامل در دانشجویان ایرانی بود.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی و ابزارسازی بود. شش صد و سی و سه نفر از دانشجویان دوره کارشناسی دانشگاه‌های شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی13۹۷-13۹۶ به‌روش نمونه‌گیری چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب و ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس چنداندازه‌ای شخصیت عاملMAPS، ابزار گسترش‌یافته سنجش عینی هویت من-دوEOM-EIS-II، سیاهه هوش اخلاقی M&rlm;CI، پرسشنامه سنجش سرمایه اجتماعی و سیاهه سرمایه روان‌شناختPCI را کامل کردند. جهت بررسی ساختار عاملی مقیاس از تحلیل عامل تاییدی مرتبه دوم و نرم‌افزار لیزرل استفاده شد. همچنین، بررسی روایی همگرا و واگرای مقیاس با ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و نرم‌افزار SPSS22 انجام شد.&nbsp;<br> <strong>نتایج:</strong> یافته‌های به‌دست آمده نشان داد که ساختار عاملی نمونه ایرانی با ساختار عاملی به‌دست آمده در نمونه کانادایی کوته،1997 برازش دارد. علاوه بر این، ضرایب همبستگی مقیاس چندسنجه‌ای شخصیت عامل با سایر مقیاس‌ها تاییدی بر روایی همگرا و واگرای آن بود. ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ نیز همسانی درونی مناسب مقیاس چندسنجه‌ای شخصیت عامل را نشان داد.&nbsp;<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: تحلیل‌ها نشان داد که نسخه ایرانی مقیاس چندسنجه‌ای شخصیت عامل می‌تواند در مطالعاتی که عاملیت شخصیت را می‌سنجند مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. <strong>Introduction: </strong>Agentic personality is defined as having a sense of responsibility in one&#39;s life. The belief that the person has control over their life decisions and is responsible for their consequences. The senseing of self-efficacy that one&#39;s is being able to overcome obstacles that hinder progress throughout life. This study investigates the psychometric properties of the Multi-Measure Agentic Personality Scale (MAPS) among Iranian students.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>This was a descriptive and instrumental study. This study population was students of Tehran universities in the school year of 2018-2019. From six hundred thirty-three undergraduate students were selected by multistage random sampling method. Then the research tools such as Multi-Measure Agentic Personality Scale (MAPS), Extended Objective Measure of Ego Identity Status II (EOM-EIS-II), Moral Competency Inventory (MCI), the Social Capital Measurement Questionnaire and Psychological Capital Intervention (PCI) were applied. The second-order confirmatory factor analysis and LISREL software were used to evaluate the factor structure of the scale. Also, convergent and divergent validity of the scale was assessed by Pearson correlation coefficient and SPSS24.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The findings showed that the factor structure of the Iranian sample fits well with the factor structure of the Canadian one(C&ocirc;t&eacute;, 1997). In addition, the correlation coefficients of the MAPS with other scales confirmed the convergent and divergent validity.
