The reviewers should provide unbiased comments for the manuscript, and indicate whether the work is original, creative and scientifically accurate and sounded. The reviewers should provide suggestions to editors whether the work is within the journal’s scope, suitable to be published in the journal. The reviewers should provide suggestions whether the work is published as is, published after revising, or should be rejected. The reviewers should report any conflict of interest related to the manuscript being reviewed. The reviewers should destroy or delete the manuscript files after finishing reviewing and may not disclose any information to third parties.For Reviewers
The process for referees is as follows: • Registering the referee as a user in the program • Creating access as a referee and determining the referee's expertise • Designating an article for review by the referee and sending an email • Referee visits the database and logs in with his/her username and password • Going to the refereeing section and receiving articles • Performing the refereeing steps Registering the referee as a user in the program Note: This step is often done by the database administrator. In order to be able to participate in the program as a referee, you must first register as a user in the database. Then complete the database membership form Creating access as a referee and determining referee expertise Note: This step is often done by the database administrator. After registering the user, the program administrator can use the Electronic Refereeing>Referee Introduction section to determine special refereeing access and specify referee expertise for the program. Submitting an article for review by a referee via email (This step is done by the site administrator). Referee visiting the site by logging in with a username To log in to the program, simply enter your username and password in the relevant boxes on the home page. (If someone else is not working with your computer, you can check the "Automatic login" option to log in to the program automatically on subsequent visits) . Password recovery If you enter your password incorrectly, you can go to the password recovery page and enter your email address to have a new password sent to you. The direct login address to this page is the site url/pass_req.php. Going to the refereeing section and receiving articles To enter the refereeing section and view the list of articles assigned for refereeing, you can use the navigation bar at the top of the pages. You can also use this bar to navigate to other sections of the website. Remember: The navigation bar at the top of the pages is visible after entering your username and password. Performing the review process After entering the review section, you will see three different lists of articles: 1. List of new articles New articles include articles that have recently been added to the list of articles for review. After reading these articles, you can opt out of reviewing them or complete the review form. 2. Incomplete reviews Incomplete reviews include a list of articles whose review processes have not been completed. You can review these articles again and change your comments if necessary. 3. Approved reviews Because you have approved your opinion on these articles, the program administrators have taken your review results into account for selecting articles. Therefore, approved reviews are listed on this page only for viewing the review results (and not changing them).
